I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Limoni, and it's a true hidden gem. The guesthouse's charm, friendly staff, and proximity to the beach and restaurants make it an exceptional choice. Upon arrival, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. The guesthouse's ambiance is inviting, and the attention to detail in its decor enhances the overall experience. The location is perfect, with the beach just a short stroll away and a variety of restaurants nearby. This convenience adds a lot to the overall appeal of the guesthouse. I must highlight the penthouse, which left us in awe, especially hosting visitors from Germany. The spacious and well-designed penthouse offers breathtaking views, earning a unanimous "wow" from all of us. In summary, Limoni is a top-notch choice for a relaxing getaway. From the friendly staff to the beautiful setting and the wow-factor of the penthouse, it exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay and look forward to returning.

Outstanding Stay at Limoni

Close to beach and beach towels provided (although weather too cold during my stay, but great beach to walk along)street was quiet and apartment clean with tea & coffee etc provided

Only met by domestic staff when I arrived, who was lovely, but just provided key, one sheet on general instruction & said someone lived downstairs if I needed them ( not sure where or who), staff had gone before I got case out of car. No details of security arrangements or emergency arrangements which is important to a solo traveller in SA Dogs downstairs barked at any sound or movement, balcony overlooked small garden which was dogs lavatory, so also not available for guests. Apartment was sparsely furnished, not very cosy, no heating, ceiling fan in bedroom didn't work (although not required). Property didn't match the reviews or ratings from other guests and was not at the standard of the other 7 places in SA I stayed at, despite being one of the more expensive

There was no hot water. It was cold outside and we had to take ice cold showers

Fabulous accommodation in super location, one minute walk to beach. Owner was so helpful and welcoming. A great location in Plettenberg. Felt at home and looked after, including welcome supplies - tea, coffee, milk, chocolates! Would definitely stay there again.
