Perfect central location, approx 10 minutes from train station. Host was excellent at responding promptly to any queries and checked with us to make sure we managed to checkin ok as our flight was delayed and they hadnt heard from us. Easy checkin using codes so no problem about having to collect keys. Indoor and outdoor Lounge areas, street view and cold filtered water on tap were all an added bonus. We had everything we needed. Also super clean. The perfect place to stay. I would definitely recommend

If I had to say something it is that it could be noisy but windows and shutters blocked out most of it. Also earplugs were provided

The studio is very nice and perfectly designed. Staff very nice and carried my luggage upstairs upon arrival; they offered a free of charge refreshment of room as I stayed slmost a week.

Some street noise could be heard simetimes until late at night. On the last night the guests upstairs were really loud, though the admin did their best in communicating with them.

Location was amazing, could walk almost anywhere around the places of interest. Design-wise everything looked modern and nice, bed was comfy, host included lots of goodies, like soap, snacks, tea, a map with places of interest marked etc. Windows were sound proof, so we could sleep well despite the central, busy location.

As many old buildings in Portugal, it had a strong smell of wet wood / stuffiness that had not been taken care of (e.g. through an air purifier or similar). It took some getting used to every time we entered the apartment. Also, although we found the apartment generally perfectly clean, the cleaning staff had forgotten to empty the little trash bin in the bathroom from the previous guests.

very good Location, super close to the centre, yet not too noisy. the furniture and the beds are really nice, there even is a public terrace and a lobby (as seen on the main photograph). straightforward contact with the team via WhatsApp.

there were several power outages with no clear reason. had to use the fuse box the bring it back on which was causing inconvenience. same can be said for a unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. also, the temperature of the lights in the bathroom is way too cold and hospital-like (what love to see this being changed).
