O condomínio está muito bem localizado, pertinho das melhores praias de Ilhéus e o local tem ótimo acesso. Condomínio organizado e seguro. A proprietária é simpática e deixou todas as coisas, desde a autorização na portaria ao acesso a chave de entrada no apartamento, muito organizadas. Tenho interesse de voltar em setembro.
