We have Karaoke on Sundays and Wednesdays till 2am, and a huge courtyard party till 2am Fridays and Saturdays. "Poetry themed rooms and everything on the doorstep"

Location perfect for the city centre and attractions, very private and secluded Monday to Friday, nice base for exploring, had the rooms at the top of the house and for the price excellent. Bathroom exceptional and quite the size.

It fulfilled all my expectations, though the stairs are steep for older travellers, but it's an older building and to be expected.
