Good location surrounded by hundreds of shops , eateries and railway station . Friendly and helpful staff and they have a cute doggy Leo in the lobby

Initially the water in the taps was dirty but that was fixed in a short time . I was told the water tank got empty . Rest all good

The manager was friendly & helpful.

the location was ambiguous -website indicated that it was near Borivali station but address indicated it was in Kandivali West. Had to call the hotel for directions to hotel. Staff attitude including watchman needs to improve. Bathroom was relatively small and congested. Uncontrolled noise from local guests.
