"Really looking lovely location & rooms!"

The beds & pillows are exceptional! And the patio's are excellent!

No hooks for towels on back of door, electrical outlet in bathroom didn't work for blowdryer. And one Unplugged my phone into didn't work. No I've bucket supplied... Just huge bags of ice

"Great place to stay during the winter months."

We stayed there in December. There were no staff because it was so slow that time of year. We received a code via email to get into our room. It was conveniently within driving distance to the Cleland Theatre. Very quiet this time of year which was nice.

I mistakenly booked this place thinking it was the Okanagan Lakeside Resort which is much more luxurious. My error.

"Will not be staying there ever"

Misleading on pet protocol. No staff answered the call phone calls no way to directly get a hold of the resort. I did not like the property.

Did not enjoy did not stay did not even step into the hotel room. Pets were not allowed, even though it stated on the website, not somewhere where I would stay garbage all over outside unwelcoming staff and a guy and a hazmat suit was cleaning one of the rooms.
