Very nice stay, comfortable, uncomplicated contact for issues around the flat and other things considering the Trip to the Azores! :-)

We liked the decor, the facilities and the outdoor space. The apartment was clean and well equipped. A,/C worked well and was quiet. We didn't cook or use the washer but it was nice to have them available. TV and internet were good. Supermarkets about 12 min walk. There is a lift. Probably a 10 min walk to the waterfront/downtown. Uphill on the way back!

We could have done without the platform for the bed. It was a bit tight on the window side and an ankle grabber. I guess it is just a design thing.

The comfort. The design. The organised kitchen. The patio (especially that one). The property lies in close proximity to the city center. In just 4 min by car you get a big supermarket.

Apt contained everything one can need for a comfortable stat.

The real heart of the island. 10 minutes to the ocean, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 5 minutes to the presidential residence. There are only 6 apartments at the entrance It's great option for a relaxing holiday

The old wifi router provides insecure (WEP) and unbalanced connections. All videocalls are delayed when someone else opens a webpage or downloads something

Everything you could imagine you need was there. Perfect location. The owner also went out of his way and brought some laundry detergent for us.

This apartment is ideally situated in Ponta Delgada, with excellent restaurants and all the sights, shops and museums within walking distance. There is a dedicated parking spot in an underground garage so no worries bringing a rental car. The apartment itself has a well-functioning AC-unit, a large bed and tv with streaming options. There are two chairs, a table and two additional chairs so plenty of room, though it was a bit cramped trying to have two suitcases open as well. There is a washing machine (no dryer but a rack) and the kitchen comes fully stocked, including a dishwasher. The decoration is pretty cool, which funky lights that could change colour and give the room a nice atmosphere. The shower isn't very large, but strong and warm. The outside patio is comfortable as well. The owner was clear in the communication via WhatsApp.

The apartment is beginning to feel a bit run-down and could really do with an upgrade/touch-up in the near future. We didn't use the ironing board because it didn't look very clean, all the curtains as well as the placemats were stained, the door handle to the bathroom was beginning to come undone and some of the wood paneling was coming loose. The washing machine wasn't balanced well and would therefore bounce through the little area where it was kept while in use. The parking is very cramped, so make sure you don't bring a very large car.
