Konumu harika! Sürekli yaşayan canlı bir lobisi mevcut.

Ön büro daha müşteri odaklı çalışabilmeli. Örneğin 2 oda rez yaptım biri arkadaşıma diğeri kendime. 3 gece kaldık. Arkadaşıma her gün guest relationsdan mesajlar geldi ve odasına her gün ikram yapıldı. Benim odam suit olmasına rağmen hiç mesaj gelmedi hiç ikram da yapışmadı. Burada ikram mesaj falan değil ama çifte standart. Ben ilk gün ardından resepsiyona konu ile ilgili bilgi vermeme rağmen değişen bir şey olmadı. Bence burada resepsiyon tavrı olarak ciddi sıkıntı var. Bunun dışında her şey gayet güzeldi.

Très belle vue depuis la chambre. Piscine très bien. Hotel bien placé si vous souhaitez aller à la plage et à Santa Monica Pier à pied. Les cocktails et la nourriture valent leurs prix. Personnel à l’écoute. Un hôtel à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles

Pas assez de transats au bord de la piscine

Unfortunately, we received food poisoning from the restaurant. When we spoke to the hotel about this, they ignored our concerns. I have submitted a complaint to the Department of Health.

The response from staff has not reflected genuine care for our concerns after spending a considerable amount of money for our stay. $100 was apparently too much for them to make sure we were heard, as we had to say in the room because of how sick we became.

There was a private event during my first night causing loud noise, followed by loud noise from the bungalow bar until late. Really disrupted my sleep. When I raised this with reception they said I couldn’t move rooms. It wasn’t until late the second day that they texted me to say they wanted to speak to me and only then notified me that they could switch my room, by then damage had already been done. This should had been acted on straight away when I raised my concern at reception. Rooms are very dated and AC not functioning properly.
