"You get what you pay for"

Front desk employee was super nice. The place smelled good. Room was ok.

The room was a little banged up. Didnt have a hair dryer. They were not considerate when placing guests in their rooms. Was not placed in a family friendly floor. We were placed next to couples. Walls are so thin, and we got woken up at 2am by banging on walls and very loud adult activities.

Front desk clerk excellent qualities. Hotel was renovated and clean.

Room and lobby areas were clean... HOWEVER!!!!!! NO HEAT!!!!!! The room was freezing. Called front desk.. Front desk apparently couldn't help because he appeared to be the only person in the building. He had no clue.. The heat unit fluctuated between 64 & 65 all night and finally shut off completely. 😤 too cold In the room to take showers.. face bowl water had a less than normal stream of water.. toilet almost unflushable..must hold down handle in order for it to flush. So uncomfortable!!

The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks off major highway a few mins from Nashville, with a VERY reasonable rate for a 1nite family visit. The staff was very professional, courteous and accomodating. Our room was beautifully furnished, VERY clean and pleanty of linens and a very comfy King bed. They also have great coffee and a light breafast, fruit, cereal, waffles, bagels, etc. I give this place 4.5 stars. We will stay here, again.

They need to add some sauage gravy to the Breakfast Bar (even if it's from a can) for the dry biscuits.
