Staff friendly specially Ghada at the reception she was so friendly , upgraded our room to seaview, belped us with the kids.

Deserts in lunch and dinner were the same and bakaries not fresh

كل شىء جميل بالفندق جميع العاملين بشوشين ومتعاونين اشكر استاذة/ غادة واستاذ/ محمد جمال واستاذ/ ياسر شاهين الجميع كان متعاونا جدا اقامة رائعة وطاقم عمل ودود ومتعاون جدا كل الشكر لإدارة الفندق وجميع العاملين على الخدمة الممتازة وتوفير كافة سبل الراحة لنا وما ميز إقامتي حقاً هو المستوى العالي من النظافة والاحترافية من قبل جميع طاقم العمل وهى التجربه الثانيه خلال شهرين

"Excellent again this is the fourth time i have used the Markin Inn , Says it all really"

الموظفين ثم الموظفين ثم الموظفين ثم الشاطئ.مدام غادة مش لاقيه كلام اشكرك بيه على ذوقك ولطفك.استاذ ياسر مدير أمن الفندق شكرًا جدًا على كرم أحلاقك.أستاذ خالد واستاذ نجيب الرييبشن شكرًا.كل الشباب العاملين في جميع أنحاء المكان بلا استثناء منتهى اللطف وسرعة استجابة وذوق جدًا.استاذ ابراهيم ابو محمد والهوس كيبنج والشيفات. جروب الانيماشن بيجتهدوا جدًا علشان يبسطوا الحضور.شكرًا للجميع.

الاثاث قديم يحتاج تغيير. المكيف ضعيف جدًا بالريسبشن.الهاتف الارضي لا يعمل لكن موظفين الاستقبال خاصة مدام غادة السكررر حلت المشكلة

"Very Good Hotel with Minor Areas for Improvement"

Everything was excellent, from the sandy beach to the variety of food and the staff. Special thanks to Mrs. Ghada for her insisting of giving us the best experience. The beach was sandy, relaxing, and clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The lifeguards did their jobs well. I also liked how the buffet had a different international theme every day, featuring cuisines such as Mexican, Turkish, Asian, Egyptian and more. The food offered plenty of variety, and the desserts were especially delicious.

Some employees were a bit too persistent in promoting additional services such as the spa and photography, which could be somewhat annoying. However, some of them were respectful and stopped once you politely declined. Additionally, some of the beach loungers could benefit from maintenance, as a few of them showed signs of wear and tear or even broken. But all in all I would happily return to this hotel to enjoy this experience again.
