A resort that saw better days, it is collapsing due to upper management stupidity, they will charge you for a small bottle of water on the beach (had all inclusive fair), and force you to drink water from a cooler in tiny paper cup regardless how many times you make the trip, they capped the pass tubes with plastic covers in lieu of replacing the older ones, now the tubes are 5 inches over the legal height and it is very likely that you will slip due to height and slippery texture, the food is good one day and the other mediocre, the specialist restaurant (Italian) offers food that sounds Italian on the menu and when you taste it, it is nothing of a sort, the sou chef came when I complained and asked him of his knowledge of Italian food, he refused to answer or give his name, the main bar tender in the dining room when asked to provide a bottle of beer to accompany lunch he said ruddy that would be extra, a waiter saved the day suggestion to take two glass (3/4 of a small beer) to avoid going back and fort, the reception suggested that the gymnasium is leased when he was told that the equipment is not working and what is is in poor condition, this wasn’t true and the gymnasium was owned by the hotel and nothing was fixed while I was there. I was offered a fruit basket the night before my departure for reconciliation, I returned it letting them know there was no time to consume it. With all some employees are keeping the old training trying to assist such as the head of the reception and his assistant, the senior waiter in the main dining room and the chamber maid who offered all efforts to assist, others said they carrying out orders. Hopefully someone buys it and return its glory days!

Exceptional stay with pristine clean rooms and beach and very helpful staff and good quality food with a lot of variety all that in amazing location. Thanks Mohammed and Ghada for always making sure that everything going smooth.

This is my second stay and as the last time it exceeded my expectations. The staff are very polite, respectful and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are clean. A beautiful sandy beach. The food is good with a variety that suited my specific diet. The property is not too big and everything is accessible with a short walk. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Gamal and Ghada for facilitating all special requests and ensuring a smooth stay :)

We booked the Italian restaurant dinner (included in the all inclusive) for one of the nights, but the food was not good. The normal dinner buffet is way better.
