This is an appartment we highly recommend. Johann is a great host. Letting flats is much more to him than handing over the keys. You get really good tips from him. The flat is super comfy as it has everything you need. Even a washing machine and a dryer. It is particularly good when landing in Capetown: easy drive from the airport, everything you need is in neighborghood (supermarket, bars, etc). Quiet location. Good starting point for cape of good hope, boulders beach (penguins), but also if you want to visit cape town. We went to Foxxcroft restaurant (sister gourmet restaurant to la colombe) where they also accept kids (and hell they loved it!!!). We went also to Klein Constantia (famous for it's sweet wines), but we do kot recommend it particularly (we learned afterwards from Johann that ypu better go to Groot Constantia. Overall a place I would go back for sure.

The only point to highligt is that the beds are only 2 m. So me (1.9m) had me feet hanging out during night

Personalized welcoming goodies.Its clean,next to various restaurants,close enough to the beach.Inside undercover parking.And not forgetting the host,he was wonderful.

The ensuit bathroom is fine,but need to be careful if you are bit tall.The property is on a busy street,which can be a little noisy in the morning or evening.With this said,i would still choose to go there.

The boardwalk is a blast! There are no words for this cosy, spacious, comfortable, modern apppartment. So much love for the detail, we immediately fell in love! Johann was a perfect host, always available, gave tons of tipps and could also speak some german 😉 It is a pearl in Hout Bay and we will definitely come back as this is A MUST to stay! Also everything in walking distance!

We’ve had an amazing stay! Have absolutely nothing to complain about. Johann met us on time and helped us with our luggage as there a few steps.

Johann is an excellent host and every attention to detail has been taken care of. This property is highly recommended for the hout Bay Area. Very comfortable, extremely clean, every amenity provided and very safe/secure. We will most certainly stay here again.

Great location and fantastic amenities. Johann welcomed us at the property and communicated well throughout. The apartment is luxurious and it is a lovely space to relax in after a day of exploring Cape Town. The generosity of Johann during our stay was something we have never experience before and we will definitely be back.
