Staff were very helpful and cheerful.The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Had to ask for housekeeping everyday as room had not been serviced. Towels were not replaced adequately.and no english breakfast tea in room supply. Room not very soundproof as could hear next door shower

The whole experience, we don't normally spend that amount on accommodation but it was well worth it. The second we arrived too when we left. The staff, facilities and rooms were beautiful and well presented.

The staff were all superb - could not do enough. The eateries and bar all excellent. Loved the Jo Loves toiletries so much!! The gym was really great.

Pool closed but this was very minor
