Pan Pacific Perth

It was beautifully clean, modern and aesthetic. The complimentary water was good and the amenities were very useful. The blinds were great at keeping the room nice and dark! The bed was soft and comfortable. We checked in on time and got a slight upgrade as our room wasn’t ready yet. The Room service was great!

We had a phone in our room to use for guest services, however, we called on four seperate occasions and no one answered. Eventually, we called the phone number on the website through my mobile and someone picked up. The wifi was good when using on iPad/ phone, however, when we tried to use the chromecast to the TV, the quality was very poor. The bathroom door is very close to the wall so it’s a bit of an awkward gap to enter!

I like that I will NEVER return to this property ever again. It is horrible. They have no sense of hygiene and security, sending staff that are not part of the housekeeping team with severe body odour to your room, no cleanliness protocol at all having the staff handle the INSIDES of the toilet bowl together with fresh towels and rest of your counter space altogether, forgetting to clean up rooms, not interested in solving any issues and when confronted they flip the script and get aggressive towards you. Hang up your calls. Cover up each other by not sharing their own names/ lying about their own names. It's insane.

If you booked Pan Pacific thinking it's a 5-star hotel with 5-star service, you thought wrong. Stayed for 4 nights. First night there have been loud door bangs (the kind that literally shakes the walls and wakes you up) at various timing in the day and through the night. I was woken up at 4am with 3 loud slamming, vibrations reverberating. Next day morning, I told housekeeping I needed a clean up in person. I also pressed the button to indicate the room requires a clean up. Returned at 12am to find the room not made with no fresh towels (turns out it's common cause the rooms are also not made in multiple of my friends' room). I called the desk to ask for a quick clean and fresh towels and they told me there's nobody available to do so right now. They suggested that I move rooms at 1AM (pack up my whole luggage and move at this ungodly hour). I told them I'm not moving at this timing, its been a long day, it's 1am, I just need clean towels to shower and sleep. They then sent a non-housekeeping staff (it's clear, he's probably a building cleaner or something) that brought a bucket with cleaning stuff to my door. When I opened my door, I am hit with VERY strong body odor that genuinely permeated throughout my room. He went to the toilet and took a toilet scrubber and roughly scrubbed the insides of the toilet bowl, and then he proceeded to take a cloth to wipe the toilet bowl where the water dripped from the scrubbing of inside. AND THEN with the SAME cloth, wiped all over my sink counter, mirror, handles and any surface he could see. And then with the same gloves after setting down the cloth that has been in the toilet bowl with the clean up of the insides of the toilet bowl and all surface, went to take the clean shower & hand towels, folded it touching the whole towel, set it down. I was shocked to say the least. In the end I had to pack up and change rooms because this is gross. The staff are horrible too.

Didn't restock the coffee pods

I like the new make over the hotel has had. The room I had was spacious and the bathroom was roomy too. The club lounge was great and the food was excellent.

Just that the hotel was a bit out from the CBD it self.

Large and spacious pacific club room, ample bathroom bench space, luxurious towels

Pillows were too high, even after requesting flatter pillow (unfortunately was very hard).

Lovely friendly staff, great on-site restaurant, convenient for the boat trips from the harbour
