We had a great experience at I Loft Porto! We arrived a bit earlier than the official check-in time and only asked if we could leave our luggage while exploring the city, but to our surprise, our room was already ready. The room was very cute, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our visit. That level of hospitality is quite rare and really made a difference. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Porto and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay😊

O apartamento é maravilhoso, super perfumado, organizado, grande, prático. Chuveiro e camas ótimos!! A localização também é perfeita. O prédio (ao entrar) fica perfumado com o mesmo aroma dos apartamentos. Quando chegamos ainda tinha como cortesia 1 garrafa de água e cápsulas de café, TOP!!! Vitor prestativo e responde rapidamente as dúvidas.

A única coisa que para mim foi ruim, foi o travesseiro ( era muito alto e duro), talvez uma sugestão de deixar uma outra opção mais "fofa".

The location was good, close walk to everything.

The room smelled like sewer and we had to keep our window open. When I reported it they said they were working on it and could move us to a different room unfortunately we were leaving in less than 24hrs. They should have told us ahead of time about the smell and not put us in there if they knew about it. There were no condiments and very few dishes. The pillows were hard as a rock.

Lokalizacja, wielkość i wyposażenie apartamentu, czystość, miły i pomocny personel. Wifi działało dobrze. Klimatyzacja działała sprawnie. W pobliżu sklepy: My Auchan, Froiz.

Mieliśmy pokój od strony wewnętrznego dziedzińca. W niektóre dni do późna w nocy słychać było hałas z restauracji na dole (nawet przy zamkniętych oknach) przez co wybudzaliśmy się w nocy. Brak windy i strome schody.
