La Colombaia Di Ortigia

La casa è al centro di Ortigia: tutta l’Isola è raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Ambiente pulito, ben curato, ordinato, confortevole. Comode le due camere, funzionali i due bagni, completa la cucina: mobili nuovi, arredamento complessivamente omogeneo. Nulla è arrangiato, non pecca di pressappochismo ma rispecchia attenzione e cura da parte dell’host. Luca è disponibile, cordiale e preciso. Non lascia nulla al caso e segue gli ospiti per ogni esigenza in qualsiasi ora. Risponde immediatamente trovando soluzioni concrete e funzionali. Da consigliare per chi vuole trascorrere giorni sereni dimenticando auto, traffico, caos!

Location, many restaurants near by. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. My family love it so much and will come back soon.

Great communication and lots of helpful information and local recommendations on arrival. Great location, and comfortable apartment.

The weather was very warm when we were there, and the downstairs bedroom (which has a fan but no air con) got very hot. Not a showstopper at all, though.

Location was excellent, in the heart of Ortigia. The host Luca was very courteous and very professional. The apartment was split level and we had the luxury of two bathrooms. Luca assisted us with secure parking which we greatly appreciated.

We would have liked two sets of keys to the apartment as we were stuck with all having to go out together all of the time. Our co travellers had slight mobility issues and not very confident with navigating the narrow winding stairs on their own!

Posizione ottima! Proprietario disponibile e gentile. La colombaia è un vero gioiellino attrezzato e funzionale

. Unica nota negativa, ma che non dipende dalla struttura è l' ambiente che la circonda decisamente discutibile in uno stato di degrado imbarazzante.

L'appartement est spacieux, propre, très bien placé dans Syracuse, dans une ruelle très calme et très proche du centre-ville et avec une épicerie à proximité. La terrasse avec vue sur les toits est très chouette.

Il n'y a qu'une seule climatisation pour tout l'appartement ce qui ne permet pas de fermer les portes des chambres si on veut un peu d'intimité. La cuisine n'est pas très fonctionnelle (manque de place sur le plan de travail, manque de vaisselle). Les salles de bain sont propres mais pas très modernes avec une petite douche.
