Excellent central location, and most attractions within easy walking distance. Room was large, modern and well-maintained. The room was cleaned thoroughly daily. Only downside of room was a poor shower with very low water pressure. Breakfast was of great quality and a good selection of options. Unfortunately on our last morning it was extremely busy and we waited over an hour for our food to come- only for it to be stone cold on arrival. Overall, a great stay and wonderfully attentive staff. Would absolutely return despite the minor issues.

This hotel promotes its executive lounge lots, and for good reason, as this lounge is the highlight of the hotel. Fortunately with Marriott status, we could use this, which takes up the whole of the top floor with great views over the city. In the lounge, a modest but tasty breakfast spread was provided, along with snacks during the day and canapés later on (these weren't so good). Soft drinks are also available, but drinks must be purchased. I spent time working from the lounge and it was a comfortable place to do so, never too busy due to its size. The staff here were also excellent. Whilst the lounge is a highlight, and access also granted through club level rooms (can be around double the price of a regular room), the actual room was very dated. The bed was mostly comfortable, but the colour scheme used, the carpets and the beige/yellow bathroom design along with a shallow tub with a curtain felt like it was in urgent need of refurbishment. Therefore, I would only recommend this hotel for the club lounge, as there are better places to stay in Toronto, at a similar price or less, with more modern rooms that were not left in the 20th century.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel for my daughter’s 16th birthday and we had a fabulous stay and the best hotel service I have ever received. Marc checked us in early and immediately treated us to a room with a better view and gave us a credit to order birthday dessert. Tsenat went over and above to help us order while we were out at our show and Morgan was delightful when we arrived for pick up. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We took advantage of the pool which was also lovely. The location is central and within easy walking distance of the theatres, shopping and tons of dining options. We found reasonable parking underneath Nathan Phillips Square that was connected to the hotel.

If we had one suggestion, it would be to slow down the elevator that goes directly to the 25 floor, our first ride left 3 out of 4 in our group feeling a little queasy. We used the lobby-25 elevators after that experience and had no issues.

It was in an excellent location, the room was spacious,very comfortable beds and very clean. It was serviced every day.
