La possibilità di avere un ampio spazio per fare colazione (tavoli, frigo, micronde, tostapane, bollitore), usufruibile anche se si volesse sfruttare per cena. La proprietaria è davvero molto ospitale. Posizione ottima per andare in centro e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione di Brignole.
