As a Marriott Ambassador member this is the worst service experience I have ever experienced. After a lot of travel, Check into the room was not available at 3 and all the check in staff could do was shrug their shoulders and say we don’t know when it will be available. In fairness they did give us access to another room while we waited but I’m not sure what your supposed to do with that room other than sit around. Our room became available just after 6pm when check in is at 3. We went to the lounge to fill in time and were told that we should be back at 6pm for 2 hours of free food and drinks. Food was being set up up at 6:20 and was already cold with heaters not plugged in. Drinks were delivered 6:45 and follow up service was terrible Still waiting for welcome gift to the room at 8:45pm. Outdated hotel and staff do not have a clue. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt that I. Had to on this occasion. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Muy bueno y completo Quizás algo más de personal en la hora punta Se hace cola para un Omelet, quizás podría tomar el pedido y luego llevar a la mesa

Entiendo que por seguridad no se puede acceder al balcón de la habitación, y se pierde la oportunidad de tener una vista espectacular , mirando hacia el palacio de justicia

Ein großes Hotel in guter Lage mit großzügigen Zimmern gegenüber dem großen Platz vor dem Justizministerium. Ebenfalls sehr gut ist, dass man in 2 Minuten in einem sehr großen Einkaufszentrum ist. Loben darf man auch gerne das sehr nette Personal. Die Balkontür lässt sich öffnen, dann ist man nicht so von der Klimaanlage abhängig. Da auf dem Platz und der Straße davor immer Lärm ist, besser ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken buchen. Wer viel nach Miraflores und Barranco möchte, sollte sich dort ein Hotel nehmen, der Verkehr ist heftig

Die Preise für die Reinigung sind extrem hoch. Wir haben unsere Sachen zu einer örtlichen Reinigung für einen Bruchteil der Summe gebracht. Ab Ende März hat man am Pool nur noch bis ca. 14 Uhr Sonne

Die Lage des Hotels war super, sehr zentral gelegen. Alles fußläufig im historischen Zentrum.

Das Frühstück war leider eine Massenabfertigung
