Clean room with comfortable bed. Quiet but still in a good location opposite to lots of great shops/places to eat. The bun cha across the road is amazing.

As friendly as the owners were, the male owner made me feel a little uncomfortable by continuously hitting on me through google translate and asking me to have a beer with him. This is not very professional. However, the other staff were lovely. Quite a small room.
