Good food is served in the restaurant. Excellently sized room

The site is very hilly and not suitable for my mother-in-law with her bad hip. This wasn't made clear on the site. Steps were uneven and dangerous in places. We also had an issue with one card payment which was fine for us but they had an issue with receiving the money. The impatient manager would not let us enjoy the rest of our holiday with constant phone calls after and even sending a member of staff to our next hotel after

Only the staff were polite. Other than that it’s a third class resort in every way.

Poor facilities, dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, awkward bathroom and fittings are damaged, toilet seat is not fixed and loose. The neighbor guests were annoying, the pool is pathetic.

Polite staff. Clean rooms. Calm surroundings. Pool to swim in .

The location mark on booking.com is placed in central Kumily. It also says “1 km from centre” on booking.com. This information was very misleading as the property is located far from the centre, about 45 minutes by car. This was very disappointing for us and unacceptable. In addition, the property is not very good prepared for hanging out . As far as we could see, there are no outdoor seating areas and only a few chairs by the pool. Also there were no parasols by the pool which made it uncomfortable to hang out there during the daytime.
