I have been working in the hospitality industry for many years, so I truly understand how important the people behind a place are, and here the difference is immediately noticeable. Congratulations to the entire team for the way they treat their guests! The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire property, and all the common areas were extremely well maintained. Everything smelled amazing, which added even more to the feeling of comfort and relaxation. We also loved the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful greenery, and the overall sense of calm and elegance. Free parking is definitely a great advantage, and the breakfast was very good and fresh. This is exactly the kind of place where you feel comfortable from the very first moment and where you find everything you could wish for during a stay. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hotel in Italien war einfach unvergesslich. Die Villa selbst ist ein echtes Schmuckstück, voller Charme und mit einem traumhaften Garten sowie einem herrlichen Pool, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und bestens aufgehoben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das Personal: stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem Team für ihre aussergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft: Ich hatte meinen e-book im Hotel vergessen, und dieser wurde mir ohne jegliche Umstände oder zusätzliche Gebühren nachgeschickt. Das ist alles andere als selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Linges mouillés pendant tous le séjour, on ne s’excuse pas, on prétexte qu’il faut fermer les fenêtres alors qu’il fait 20 degrés dehors et qu’on doit allumer le chauffage pour sécher les linges, et l’écologie ??? :( On affiche une offre massage et c’est plus valable… on ne s’excuse pas :( Est-ce bien un hôtel 4 étoiles?

Es war alles sehr außergewöhnlich schön. Ob Ausstattung, Frühstück, die gesamte Anlage und das Personal waren 1 A +. So etwas vergleichbares habe ich in Deutschland noch nicht gefunden.
