Arenal Suites

Das Apartment ist sauber und hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist zentral, aber dank guter Schallisolierung sehr ruhig. Christian war sehr freundlich und hat uns ein paar hilfreiche Tipps zu Essen und Routen gegeben.

Excellent location, right in the center of the city, walking distance to major sights. Christian is a wonderful host. He received us on the street and helped my wife carry her bags to the apartment. He explained everything to us in detail, including the local area. He was always responsive to any question within minutes via WhatsApp. The apartment is nice. The couch seemed a little worn. The shower area is also small, otherwise the apartment is excellent. Although we took Uber to get to the apartment, we used the metro to get around for the rest of our stay.

Everything was exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more central and well connected location. It was quiet even though it was so central. Everything you need is a few minutes away.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a simple, hassle-free arrival and stay.

There were no negatives

ソル駅からすぐなので出掛けた合間に休憩に来たりしやすくて、アパートタイプのホテルなので室内が広くゆったり過ごせました！ キッチンも充実していて長期滞在の方にも良さそうと思いました！

サイトの地図に表示される位置情報が予約時に調べた場所と異なり、チェックイン時に担当の方とお会いできるまでドキドキでした(フロントがない為担当の方とチャットでやり取りしお出迎えしてくださるシステム) クリーニングが不要な時のお知らせがホテルのように何かで出来ると嬉しいなと思いました(クリーニングがないと思っていて出掛けて帰ってきたら清掃されていてびっくりでした)

Great host and communication with us. Amazing location for exploring Madrid close to everything and easy to walk everywhere from the apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful and ticked all the boxes for us. Spacious, comfortable, and a lovely place to come back to after a day in the city. Clean and well decorated. Also worth a mention, the sound proofing was just amazing. Given its location we were a bit worried that we would hear everything. We didn’t use much of the kitchen but it was well equipped. Overall though, a great stay in a fantastic location. Would definitely stay again if I’m in Madrid.

The only slight negative was that the shower pressure wasn’t very strong, so it lacked that refreshing morning boost.
