Sheraton Stockholm Hotel

Sheraton location was fantastic; close walk to everything in Stockholm. The room was large enough and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and finally, black out blinds that kept the room dark all night. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful.

This is a big hotel and it gets crowded. We got club access in part so we could catch up on some business work, but the club was unusable; was like a primary school with kids. Breakfast buffet was a similar chaotic experience.

Good location. Best hotel gym I’ve been to.

The “lake view” room mostly overlooked the roads rather than the lake, which was disappointing. The room also felt quite stuffy. The biggest issue, however, was the noise: the window creaked throughout the night for some reason, and on our second night, the plumbing was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the computer system was down when we arrived and when we left. And perhaps because of that, on the second day, our cards did not work.

Tarpeeksi tilava huone. Siisti. Erittäin hyvä aamupala. Sijainti hyvä.

Unohteleva palvelu, odottelua ja pitää vielä muistuttaa. Kylpyhuoneen ovea ei saanut lukkoon. Veto-ovi, joten äänieristys ei ollut kovinkaan hyvä. Aamupalalla olisi kätevää, jos saisi jostain haettua haarukat ja veitset, sillä jos tarvitsit uudet niin piti aina häiritä (mukavaa) henkilökuntaa joka oli kiireellinen. Sama ongelma oli muutamalla muullakin. Näköalasta ei kannata ylimääräistä maksaa, ei se kovinkaan erikoinen ollut. Erittäin vaikea löytää istumapaikka aamupalalla, kun meitä oli kolme. Halusimme kuitenkin yhdessä syödä.
