Very disappointed – No goodwill gesture despite a serious emergency I had to cut my stay short due to a very serious emergency that forced me to return to France after only one night out of five booked. Despite explaining my situation, the management didn’t make any goodwill gesture whatsoever — not even a 10–15% partial refund, which would have been understandable and humane. This is even more disappointing given that the hotel was fully booked, so there was no real financial loss for them. Considering the high price of the stay, this is truly shameful and shows a complete lack of empathy toward their guests. I do not recommend this place due to its lack of compassion and professionalism. Muy decepcionado – Ningún gesto comercial a pesar de una urgencia grave Tuve que acortar mi estancia debido a una urgencia muy grave que me obligó a regresar a Francia después de solo una noche de las cinco reservadas. A pesar de haber explicado mi situación, la dirección no hizo ningún gesto comercial, ni siquiera un reembolso parcial del 10 o 15%, lo cual habría sido comprensible y humano. Esto resulta aún más chocante sabiendo que el establecimiento estaba completo, por lo que no había ninguna pérdida económica real para ellos. Teniendo en cuenta el alto precio del alojamiento, me parece una verdadera vergüenza y una falta total de empatía hacia los clientes. No recomiendo este lugar por su falta de humanidad y profesionalismo.

Excellent views. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The best aspect was the value for money of the site and accomodation for what we paid

The only minor aspect that could have been improved was the availability of the meals that were on the menu. It was right at the end of the season so perhaps that had an impact.
