"Great!"

We did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The location was great! We were there for BRR and we were a straight shot to and from the venue.

There were a few critters (bugs) laying around. The ones I saw were all dead but creepy. They were water type bugs. No roaches or anything like that.

Very dirty place! I found a lot bags inside the room. The hands soap place is broken. The carpet and the elevator was very dirty and the bad smell.

"Front desk manager was extremely unprofessional"

We pre paid on booking.com The front desk manager tried to charge us again and was rude when I explained that we already paid and had proof. They criticized us for paying through booking.com instead of just booking direct with them. Tried to make us contact booking.com instead of letting us into the room we already paid for because they didn’t want to do their jobs. Extremely unprofessional.

距离高速公路和主要道路太近！！而且酒店房间的隔音效果非常差！房间内整晚的噪声都在40-50分贝，根本无法入睡。
