Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile

Plenty of amenities, nice people, interesting view on the 38th floor, surprisingly huge window too.

I loved the lobby greeter (I cannot remember her name, but she was amazing). She made me feel very welcome.

Upgraded heating and air would be ideal as the system is outdated. I woke up to a very cold room, but did not make any adjustments to the temperature. Aside from the other guests' noise, my stay was fairly satisfactory.

Daymion H was wonderful eveything was perfect quick with everything right there when you need him fantastic service.l I loved eveything about my visit in he made my my day with the experience that he’s giving in the morning very friendly and joyful

I like the location

I didn’t like that there are 3 elevators and only 1 works. We waited 45 min for the elevator on the 20th floor with a newborn. It was horrible every time we wanted to get in the elevator it took over 20 min. We had to sneak into the staff elevator just to leave to checkout on time. Ridiculous.. do not recommend. Rather spend a couple more bucks for a different location.

I’m from NY I’ve been staying here @Hampton by Hilton since Sunday February 22 due to winter blizzard. Breakfast here every morning is just great! Daymion greets everyone very polite as well as the co workers making the entire stay a very delightful experience. Breakfast this good 👌🏾👌🏾I might not go back home😂😂
