Overall, our family of multi generations of 11 of us made it a great trip. Great communal pool and location to Walmart and parks. The house needs some repair work and the previous clean was not great. We paid for the pool to be heated but it seemed to only be minimally heated (being we don’t have a pool, we thought it was ok but still chilly). The weather got done in the 60s so I called the mgmt company who sent someone out in a timely manner. The maintenance man said all was running well so I reached out to the owner. They said they would turn it up a bit more for us. Ironically it was our last night and it heated up quite nice so I wished I would’ve said something sooner! If you can look past maintenance issues and uncomfortable beds, it’s an ok place to stay!Oh and if you like to BBQ you have to buy your own propane tank ($50us) and you are not advised in advance about this.

The Bedding, towels and Bath rugs were badly worn, Some of the beds were not very comfortable and aged. The TV's in the bedrooms were very small, maybe 19 inch flat screens? I don't know, my computer screen is bigger and it was hard to see. There was a note that we were not allowed to turn the temperature below 74 degrees, which is way to warm for us. Even when we set the thermostat to 74, it would reset it self to 78. If we would have known that, we would not have chosen it. We were saved kind of by the cool weather, we opened the windows. There was rice spilled in the pantry, which was comical, because my daughters thought it was maggots, until they cleaned it up. There were also real tiny ants in the house. Don't know what's up with that. We are not fussy people, but we would not stay there again.
