The hosts are incredibly helpful, they really make sure guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. The rooms are spotless and the bed is so comfortable. The breakfasts are the best!

"Perfect short break in the Lake District"

Location, scenic, very comfortable. Great breakfast. Lovely shortbread in our room. Close to Hill Top. Great value for money. Welcoming hosts, with lots of information and hints and tips. We loved our stay and would recommend staying here.

I was a bit nervous as driveway opening felt narrow, but once through fine, just my car sensors didn't enjoy 🙃

A clean and cosy room overlooking a lovely garden and the town of Near Sawrey. The accommodation is very close to Hill Top, and Moss Eccles Tarn is within a walking distance. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was impeccable and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
