Muy decepcionad del hotel

Muy decepcionada de este hotel, ya que no coinciden las fotografías con la realidad, la habitación muy sucia y vieja, las sábanas se veía que tenían siglos que no se lavaban con manchas raras y amanecí con muchos piquetes de.animalitos que tenían las sábanas, el baño muy viejo muy descuidado, el agua de la.alberca muy sucia y con exagerado cloro el agua se veía turbia, salí con varias maletas y había unos escalones que tenía que bajar y estaba sentado.uno de los.empleados del hotel y no fue para ayudarme ni acercarse para ver si ocupaba ayuda. Muy decepcionada de este hotel no lo recomiendo!

La vista es muy agradable, todo muy cómodo para descansar.

Realmente no tengo ninguna incomodidad, pero estaría super bien dejar utensilios de limpieza como un "trapeador"en caso de que algo de derrame.
