What stood out most during my stay was the staff. They were warm-hearted, helpful, professional, and truly made me feel like I had found a friend away from home. A special mention goes to Winda at the reception/front desk, who provided top-tier service throughout my stay. Her friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made a real difference and contributed greatly to a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional hospitality. I would gladly stay here again.

That my stay was too short.

The hotel is Great .Food quality is great

During the breakfast a lot food was in open air space with high temperature which was not safe to eat anymore ( cuts, cheese , fruits and others). I highly recommend the hotel to find a better solution ex a chilled open fridge

Everything, from the location to the room cleaniness to the staff's willingness of always going above and beyond to accomodate everything. Always smiling and asking if we need help and entertaining our 1 year old and special requests.

There is nothing i can mention as such but if i have to then may be slippers provided in the room their straps are bit stingy when you wear it. Other than that, everything was 10/10.

Loved the room with pool straight from the room.

Would have to say it was disappointing that our room was cleaned late in afternoon which was annoying.

Beautiful hotel with lovely clean facilities. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool access rooms are great.

Nothing really, pool was on the cooler side but the rest of the fam said it was fine.
