The hotel and its staff are absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful, has all necessary amenities, is comfortable and at a great location. The staff were wonderful! Always greeting us with a smile, remembering small details, offering to help at any moment - they really made the whole experience extra special! The breakfast was delicious and had numerous offerings. We highly recommend Kanvaz if you want a relaxing Bali experience where everything is taken care of, so you can just relax and enjoy.

The location is absolutely great. The breakfast is also a delight and value for money is a big Plus.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the bed and towels. There was a massive urine spot on the mattress under the bedsheet unfortunately which was so disgusting for a hotel like this. It got changed after the issue was raised but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Also the towels weren’t near enough and had some stains on them.
