Our family staycation at the hotel was truly amazing and exactly what we were looking for. The hotel is incredibly family friendly, which is the main reason we chose it, and honestly everything was 10/10. The atmosphere, comfort, and family-focused environment made our stay very enjoyable. One of the biggest reasons we booked was the kids club and the activities offered. I would especially like to praise Ms. Maurine, who is such an excellent fit for this place. She has the perfect welcoming and friendly attitude that makes families feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Her positive energy and the genuine way she interacts with children really stood out to me. As a parent, I could easily trust her with my kids because of the kindness, patience, and care she shows. Staff like Ms. Maurine truly make a difference and add so much value to the experience. As a suggestion for improvement, I wanted to mention the kids club age policy and activity scheduling. Since we stayed during the middle of the week, there were no children using the kids club and many of the scheduled activities were not taking place due to the low number of kids. I have an 8 month old baby boy who was unable to use the kids club because of the age restrictions. During our stay, the club was empty and my baby would have been perfectly comfortable staying there with his nanny while we waited for our breakfast to be ready. Because of this, the facility felt unavailable despite being one of the key reasons we chose the hotel. I completely understand the importance of safety policies, but perhaps more flexibility could be considered during quieter periods or when a nanny or parent is present, especially in a hotel that is otherwise wonderfully family friendly. Overall, we had a lovely experience and truly appreciate the effort and hospitality shown by the team, especially Ms. Maurine, whose warmth and professionalism made our stay even more memorable.

Staying in Centara has been a wonderful experience for our family. It exceeded our expectations as the apartment itself is really nice and huge, perfect for our family. The amenities are fantastic. Great breakfast and food at the Thai Kitchen. Moreover, the staff are all very welcoming, polite and accommodating. Special thanks to Nam, from the Thai Kitchen for being always polite and attentive. Also to Jawadh and Roshan for making the apartment neat and clean and attending to our needs promptly. The receptionists are spectacular. I wish we had stayed in Centara during our previous Qatar visits. In the future, we'd like to stay here again. Every penny is worth it. I highly recommend this place to everyone planning to stay in Qatar. Thank you Centara and Staffs for making our little trip in Qatar memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this accomodation. The hotel and their rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable family stay. Breakfast ,pool , sauna ,spa. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. The staff was helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. They helped us with our extra stuff requests etc. Overall, it was a superb stay and we really enjoyed our time here as a family. Would happily recommend it to others and would definitely stay again.
