An amazing apartment to stay at, very clean & cozy. The host was friendly & respectful, gave us a few recommendations in Hout Bay & made sure everything was perfect. DK villas met our needs & more, will definitely come again

Our stay at this apartment was exceptional. The house is beautifully designed, with attention to detail evident in every corner, and boasts a breathtaking view overlooking Hout Bay. The location is ideal, just around 30-minute drive to downtown and Chapman's Peak, renowned for being one of the most picturesque drives in the world. Additionally, the proximity to supermarkets, a mall, and a variety of shops and restaurants enhances the experience. We highly recommend staying here!

Good location for road trips around the cape, with secure parking. Very clean & welcoming. Johann was waiting for us on arrival and was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the sink.

Only minor points - the location being on the main road although great for accessibility there was some traffic noise and it felt a little removed from the beach. The bath in the master was on a step with high sides so made it abit tricky to get in & out if you have mobility issues

"Cape Town visit with Family"

Johann was a great host, making sure we were taken care of and felt ocnfortable upon our arrival to Cape Town. The apartment is quite spacious and was very tidy and clean. The location is also very good just 2min away from the supermarket, restaurants and stores. If you walk 5min you can stroll on the beach. It is also a great base to explore Cape Town and surrounding areas as there is easy access to main driveways. Definitely recommend to stay here if you are wanting to explore Cape Town.

There was nothing not to like.

The question is what’s there not to like about the property. Every was exceptionally immaculate. Clean, homey and beautiful.

Because it’s next to restaurants. Some nights the smell of food comes in when you have windows open.
