"Exceptional"

The front desk staff was exceptional and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great value and the waiter working there took great care of us. The pool facilities were nice, as was the gym and the parking lot was massive. Plenty of spots with a lot of convenient restaurants and stores in the area.

"Not the same Sheraton that I enjoyed when I worked with the Hospitality Industry 20 years ago."

It is located close to our venues. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

No handicapped equipment in bathroom. Caulking needs to be replaced in tub. Chairs in room were very uncomfortable. View from windows was the roof and air handlers. Electronic keys worked poorly. Refrig froze and exploded our soft drinks and ruined the sandwiches we bought. Awakened at 5:30 AM by children playing in the hall. The elevators had no air conditioning and smelled musty. The Property has a charge of $11 for breakfast, so we passed on that service.

The room was really clean, and I loved that it had a small pantry so you could buy a midnight snack without having to go to the gas station. The indoor pool was the main reason I booked this hotel, but it was closed while I was there, and the outdoor pool was filthy and had frogs in it. Perhaps you could let guests know that amenities are unavailable at that time before they make a reservation.

Very clean and outdoor pool. Close to nice places to eat and antiquing. Staff was loud in mornings in hallways. That was a problem after repeatedly telling them to be quiet.

The front desk staff was so friendly and all of the employees in the restaurant worked really hard. My only qualm would be to consider using real silverware for breakfast.
