Nice View Lodge

Es war wunderschön! Eine sehr familiäre Unterkunft mit nur 4-5 kleinen Häuschen. Udit (der Host) ist super nett und hilft bei allen Anliegen. Jeden Tag frisches Frühstück nach abgesprochener Uhrzeit. Die Lage ist am Ende der Straße, sodass man das Gefühl bekommt direkt im Dschungel zu wohnen!

The best property I have stayed in Sri Lanka so far. The place is spotless clean, amazing AC, nice beds and sheets, clean and nice towels. they have bottle waters in the room, tea, even a shower cup and disposable toothbrush!! The surroundings are amazing, super peaceful and beautiful. I highly recommend this place. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing really, I had a great stay. But Just to say something I would say breakfast was good but just in my opinion too much eggs, omelette and egg hopers. And the milk for coffee is just powder milk.

A very special experience from start to finish. Udika's garden alone is worth the stay. Teeming with life and love right on your doorstep. Beautifully appointed room and bathroom with an amazing breakfast. Its an easy walk to restaurants, the little town, attractions, spas and ATM.

We loved everything about this hotel!! The gentleman who runs it (forgive me I didn't catch his name) is the friendliest host. All the staff there were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was divine. We loved it. It was the most comfortable bed we stayed in on our entire Sri Lanka trip. It's a short ride into the main bit of Sigiriya but there are tuk tuks available or if you have a scooter you're fine. There was a big thunderstorm one evening and we were struggling to get a tuk tuk. But the hotel host offered to bring us to the restaurant for free - we thought this was very kind. Thank you again. Outside the hotel has a wonderful view of the paddy fields and of course, the lion rock! And lastly... THE GARDEN!!! WOW!! I work as a gardener back home so I was simply blown away by the different array of plants on the hotel grounds. The host walked us around and showed us some of his amazing plants and I could tell how much passion he had for it. Not to mention the bees! It was honestly incredible and I would return back there for the experience of the garden alone. Breakfast was exceptional. Too much food as always - Sri Lankans love to feed.

Perhaps the room could have a fridge but other than that we were really really happy.

Séjour incroyable ! Le jardin est magnifique, l’hôtel est idéalement placé juste à côté des rizières avec une vue sur Lion Rock… magique ✨ Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse remarquable du début à la fin. À notre arrivée, on nous a également offert un verre de jus de fruits frais, une petite attention qui fait tout de suite plaisir et qui marque le début d’un super séjour. Les petits-déjeuners étaient très généreux, et comme nous avons pris deux déjeuners sur place pendant notre séjour, nous avons adoré le fait qu’ils soient différents à chaque fois. C’était génial pour découvrir et goûter plusieurs spécialités sri lankaises ! Nous avions également organisé un safari très tôt le matin, et sans même qu’on ait besoin de demander quoi que ce soit, l’hôtel nous avait préparé un petit sac avec de quoi manger avant de partir : banane, gâteau, bouteille d’eau… Une attention vraiment adorable et très appréciée ! On recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Avec mon frère nous avons tout aimé ! en retrait dans un petit havre de paix ! Les chambres sont super propres et Udika est incroyable avec nous. Toujours aux petits soins pour nous !

La colazione una delle migliori, il Signore del posto molto gentile e disponibile, posto immerso nel verde con vista al lions Rock... Tutto molto rilassate, stanza spaziosa con bagno interno

Caminando non è proprio il massimo, strada poco illuminata e non centrale, soprattutto alla sera meglio andare in Tuk Tuk

La gentillesse des hôtes, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel, l’emplacement au calme avec une très belle vue sur le Rocher du Lion, la propreté des lieux.

Rien, tout était parfait.
