Co mogło się podobać, skoro przez hotel legł plan zwiedzania miasta.

Hotel odwołał rezerwację w ostatniej chwili , co pokrzyżowało nam plany zwiedzania miasta . Nie odbierają telefonów , nie odpisują na wiadomości, lekceważące klienta w ten sposób. Brak recepcji na miejscu bardzo utrudnia . Potraktowali w ten sposób również inne osoby . Komuś pobrali opłatę za nocleg , nie wysyłając kodu dostępu . Zamiast zwiedzać miasto do wieczora , szukałem nowego noclegu .

Non prenotate qui e una truffa sono arrivato sul posto dopo avere prenotato un mese prima con addebito i primi 3 giorni dall' arrivo sollecitando il pagamento niente neanche ti rispondono arrivo sul posto Mi arriva un messaggio che l addebito non è andato a buon fine mentre i soldi c'erano e la carta funzionava benissimo e guarda do bene non era arrivato nessuno addebito provato con un altra carta uguale tentato di contattarli sia via telefono che per me il niente mi arriva un messaggio prenotazione cancellata rovinandomi la vacanza dove vado adesso a dormire in stazione per fortuna o trovato un altro ostello state alla larga da questi truffatori .

- the view was good

- the floor was dirty - the bathroom was broken on the floor, and the shower head as well - the kitchen was underprepared - there were no cups or glass - the tv remoter we didn’t find - the balcony was dirty
