Location. Staff r super nice as well.

Lack of fresh air in the room. It smells a little bit. Breakfast was too basic.

Big and renovated rooms.Clean and its borders state Forrest . We went for a walk a discovered a waterfall. Very peaceful.

Facilities and garden Little rundown and old but rooms newly renovated.The owner was very helpful. I can’t complain, overall happy

Beautifully clean common areas, underfloor heating in the bathroom,tea coffee and fridge in our room,with a pretty terrace..looking onto bamboo screening Queen bed very comfortable Substantial continental breakfast with delicious bakery breads, cereal, yoghurt, juice, Nespresso coffee and tea. Very peaceful surroundings, we thought it would be wonderful for sporting, school and Community groups, due to the large open spaces and sporting field .

Nothing at all May just suggest a more prominent sign at entry off Scott Avenue..easy to miss the entrance in the dark....

The room is very clean. The sheets are immaculate and divine, it smells so fresh (it doesn't smell like crappy fabric softener that most hotels/accommodation uses). The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom sparkling. The team really put in a concerted effort to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities. Lee is an exceptionally hospitable and helpful manager. This has got to be the cleanest and most comfortable room I've ever stayed in, in the Blue Mountains.

I would have been put off by the distance from Leura Mall but the room and facilities made up for it. You can easily take a taxi to the centre ($12), or if you are a seasoned hiker, the 2K easy uphill walk will only take you 27 minutes to reach Leura train station (when you exit the property, just turn left on Scott Avenue and follow the curb/pathway and that will lead you to Leura Mall). I can see that they are still improving the grounds. I hope this place get the funds for it, it will be wonderful for sure.
