"Great room and great service"

We have been treated like royalty, I have Parkinson’s and when we arrived we went to check in and we were treated to a Penthouse room and then when we got to the wonderful room my foot began to cramp so that I couldn’t walk, we called down and a young man named Jace was up with a wheelchair in no time. He took us down to the pickup spot where we caught our uber and he wouldn’t take a tip . Great service and above and beyond.

"Pleasantly Surprised, Closer To A 4 Star Than 3 Star"

The grounds, the staff, the room.

Shower tiles need an upgrade and bathroom is small, not enough bathroom amenities. Location requires an uber to get to tourist areas but they are about $5-6.

This property was great for our visit to Charleston. Close enough to everything, but far enough to not feel crowded. We loved the little park across the road. It was a great spot to watch the sunset!
