Front desk staff and breakfast room staff were very nice and friendly. Kitchenette in the room is a plus point. The room needs some supervision in regards to cleanliness. When we checked in, we found the toilet seat dirty and gross with some sticky stuff. The bathroom walls had stains and have definitely not been cleaned for a while now. Water from the bathroom goes out when you shower. Huge amount of dirt behind the sliding door that is in between the room and the bathroom. Bed sheets are hard. Nothing much around the hotel. Room is well designed but I would suggest that Housekeeping does a better job by cleaning the room thoroughly specially the bathroom after every check-out.

Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. Upon check-in, Rubel helped us a lot to settle in with our luggages in our room and took care of other helps we needed. He went above and beyond our expectations to help us every possible way he could to make our stay enjoyable. Others from check-in counter to restaurant were also helpful and tried their best to address any concern we had. Their breakfast was awesome. I will really stay at this hotel again if I go to visit Jeddah again.
