The pictures are realistic, but I personally think it looks more endearing in person. The host is enthusiastic, absolutely attentive and really friendly. There is a stall for customers to book tours here and buy souvenirs, I would love to try out their recommendation if I have an extra day here (I was only able to stay in Hoi An for one day. Well worth it for me). The room is so clean and filled with pleasant fragrance.

Unrelated, but, if you have a bike/rent a bike, make sure to park where they suggested you to. I was rebellious and parked my bike under a starfruit tree at the very far end of the garden next door, and I regretted cleaning the seat the next morning. The room itself is ABSOLUTELY amazing. You'll have a great experience staying here if you enjoy peace and quiet ☺️

Reception were very nice, provided lots of info on facilities, aircon room and locks provided. Good stay. I rebooked closer to Hoi An after 1 night as another place for the same price was closer.

I originally booked 3 days only with the idea of moving to another city afterwards, and 3 weeks later I am still here. I changed all my plans because I feel so good here. Everyone at Bana Homestay is so lovely, the sweetest family really, they are kind patient helpful and caring for your good. Besides the quality and the cleanliness of all the accommodations, I am using a bicycle, sometimes a scooter, get some food as well, and everything is impeccable. For every next time I'll be in Hoi An I'll definitely come here again, whatever my budget is. 10/10!

There was nothing I didn't like.

I will never forget the Bana family. Perfect cleanliness, always available, really good English and willing to help with everything. Oh, and the breakfast... The best eggs I have had. Make sure to try the omelette and the scrambled egg. They helped us finding local restaurants, find cheap transportation, and see everything there is to see around the area. I will come back to Bana everytime I am in Hoi An. Not only is it the most amazing place and family to stay with, but it is also the cheapest. You will not find a better value for money place to stay in Hoi An.

There was nothing negative.

A nice family guesthouse with air-conditioned rooms and good facilities. Like motorcycle and bicycle rental, tours, restaurants are close, café and smoothies are made locally. Staff is friendly and very helpful. There is also a desk for your laptop as well as good wifi.

All is going well

Supernice staff, nice bathroom, good location if you have a scooter or bicycle, which they rent there also.

The AC didn't really do it's job, which made it hard for me to get some relaxing sleep.
