L'apartament té tot el que es necessita, és molt còmode i està molt ben situat. A més, l'amfitrió estava molt pendent per si necessitàvem res.

The host was in touch ahead of arrival with lots of information about the apartment, and tips for the island. I arrived late at night, taking a taxi from the airport, which only took about 10 minutes. The information from the host helped me get inside easily, where I found a very well laid out apartment, equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The apartment was very comfortable, with a spacious terrace offering a relaxing space. The apartment is well located for Ponta Delgada, with a nice park square a minute away, a supermarket 2 minutes away and only 5 minutes walk from the town centre, with plenty of restaurants and cafes available. There were also two car parks with free parking within a very short walk, as well as paid on street parking nearby if needed. Great value for money considering the location

Zeer comfortabel appartement, alles aanwezig. Zeer goede ligging. Het terras is een meerwaarde. Gratis parking op 5 minuten wandelen.

Bastante confortável e acolhedor, com uma decoração bastante bonita. Ideal para quem quer ficar alojado no centro. Recomendamos e voltaríamos a ficar lá hospedados.

- The beds were a little too soft (maybe they were a little older) - The street the apartment is located on is a bit industrial and a tiny bit scary. - The suggested free parking was also mostly full, so we had to find a more distant one.

Clean, spacious, homely and very well located.

Location and design - it just didn’t quite live up to the photos.

Like a lot of properties we saw, there was a lot of paint/plasterwork damp on the interior walls which made it look quite tired. Water damage from the living room a/c unit again gave it a tired feel. Lack of a/c in the bedroom meant we didnt sleep well.
