Nice, spacious, fresh and clean house, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, useful heaters for the cold season, very good location, fast communication and easy check-in (keybox), free parking option close to the house.

Staff helped bringing us light bulbs and a new heater the day after we notified the issue. Location is good.

Where to begin. The house smells like mould. It improved a bit during our stay, but you can't expect guests to keep the windows open at all time, even if winters are mild here. Inside the forniture the smell was bad too. Few dishes and many of them chipped. One of the bathrooms couldn't be used because the door of the room and the door of the shower didn't fully close. There were only two electric heaters, one of which didn't work. The new one they brought worked only at low power. There were no light bulbs in any of the bedroom bedside lamps. Staff brought them in on the second day, after we wrote a message. Part of the furniture finishings are rusted: curtains rods, lights in the toilet. There's a mould stain on the stairs. There were two hair driers, none of which worked. Two of the chairs were broken and unusable. Staff said they knew about it and will repair them in the future. Generally speaking the house was not well cleaned. We had to head to the supermarket to buy some cleaning products, and kitchen paper. There were no instructions on the house appliances.

Great location in city centre, good quality-price ratio, spotless flat and with all needed conditions.

Self check in method (manual opening of keylock button) could be a bit friendlier, but host provides an informative video. Some noises can be heard outside, but its overall quiet.

Usually the WIFI networks is display at your first sight when you get into the property. However, it was until I call the host by phone then I got the name & passwords.

The whole house is a disaster. Dirty, stinky. We booked for 5 nights but we had to move out after the first night. Plus the owner charged us 250€ for that one night without any explanation why were we charged for that amount.

The owner cannot be contacted in case of issue. This is a really really bad experience we had. i would not recomment to anyone if they want to have a pleasant stay in Lagos.
