The staff were wonderful--very friendly and very helpful. The location is close to many of the places to see in Patras and the view from the room is lovely.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich ind hilfsbeteit. Der Wäscheservice des Hotels hat super geklappt. In der Hotelbar kann man den Tag perfekt ausklingen lassen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick als upgrade bekommen, das war toll. Man kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Es ist etwad lait, hatten auch Pech, dass Schulklassen in der Zeit im Hotel waren.

I loved the location and the view from the hotel. It was an amazing afternoon, with the sunset view. I also must mention that the hotel accepted a change from a friend who could not travel with us.

The breakfast can get better.

Proximité du centre ville et du port. Possibilité de se garer devant l'hôtel.

Chambre en mauvais état au niveau de l'électricité. Nous avons demandé un changement de chambre.

The hotel’s location are very good. The lobby and the restaurant are good too and the rooms are very good. The staff were excellent, so I would gladly stay there again.

La posizione è comoda sia per raggiungere la stazione degli autobus che per raggiungere il centro storico. La terrazza era vista mare. Uno dei problemi è stata una scolaresca in gita proprio negli stessi giorni che disturbava fino a tarda notte, lo staff è stato comunque sempre disponibile a tentare di intervenire.

La qualità del sonno è stata terribile. Lo staff era gentile, la stanza era abbastanza pulita e il letto comodo, tuttavia l'isolamento delle stanze dal rumore esterno è praticamente inesistente. L'ascensore si apre e si chiude con un rumore terribile e, avendo la stanza proprio di fronte all'ascensore, il rumore delle porte che si aprivano e si chiudevano disturbava fino a tarda notte e a partire dalle 6 del mattino. Su tre notti di pernottamento sono riuscita a dormire solo l'ultima perché ho comprato dei tappi per le orecchie.
