The Canterbury Inn of Downtown Invermere

The property was adequate for our stay. The lady on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.

All was good.

Price was decent.

One of the garbage cans was not empty on arrival and the toilet had a brown substance resting on its base (just not flushed properly maybe)

For the price of the hotel it was not worth it. Sleeping on a glorified camp bad. The room smelt stale, trim missing off walls, towel rail coming off wall in bathroom, so dated. $185 a night? Absolute daylight robbery. Housekeeping never cleaned the room during my stay. There was no mention of that anywhere. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Will not stay here again, ever!!!

Room was dirty & old. For the room cost I was expecting better.

This hotel room had years worth of hair in it. The bathroom has not been properly cleaned in probably 5 years or more. There was hair EVERYWHERE. As if a cleaner wiped the same dirty rag around every surface & called it good. Had not been vacuumed or floor washed, shower had tons of soap scum & hair in it. Hair all over back of toilet, in the sink, on the floor, on the walls - literally everywhere. This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. It was disgusting.

Walkable & quiet

The tub had an ugly stain from a dripping faucet, which they did apologize for and gave me extra towels, which I did appreciate. However, the leaky faucet and stained tub are fixable and not costly ones at that. I will stay there again because of its location!

Get what you pay for, T.V did not work. Room was clean but the property is showing its age.
