The overall standard of restaurants in Gottenheim, suggested by Gastehaus, is low, and I say this because I visited several restaurants, looked at the menus carefully, and asked questions. I ended up having dinner at Gottenheim station. The welcome was very friendly, the food was okay, but the wines were low. Sorry. In conclusion, for good food, I would not recommend Gottenheim, but the level of service at Gastehaus is very good.

Located in a small village close to beautiful nature and vineyards. Surrounded by a lovely huge garden with a lot of different fruit trees. It was very calm and we had such a good sleep. The spacious room offers a really comfortable bed,bathtub and a balcony. Will definitely come back as we had such a relaxing stay here.

Lovely guest house, we arrived after opening hours and got the key by a code in the front door. Breakfast is small but very tasty. Attention is very nice. Place is cozy and the rooms are big. We had 2 rooms with terraces and one had a bathtub.

Could improve the mattress and pillows.
