Staff inside the pool was very rude when we were trying to buy ice cream before closing at 930. The lady pointed up at the clock to show us that they were closing. There was 3 staffed inside the pool area and not one of them had a problem with grown men swimming in just their underwear. The pool was very busy with lots of kids around. The room was very small, uncomfortable beds and you can hear every single thing from the hallways and rooms around you. The lady in the restaurant was extremely rude , so much so I got up and went back to my room without ordering. The food that my kiddos and husband ordered wasn’t fit to eat. All three of them left the plates just about full . Only taking a few bites each! We will never be back to this hotel
