The staff were excellent. My daughter was very unwell and I needed to book a room quickly so that she could rest in between checking out of her previous accommodation and getting a bus at midnight. Emily (I assume) allowed her to check in at 10.30am and was very helpful even messaging me (in Australia) to let me know that she had checked into the room and was okay. Excellent service. The room was inexpensive and very neat - perfect for what we needed.
