The property is beautiful and set in nature. Shivraj, the chef, is very friendly and his food is excellent. Staff overall is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Views from the balcony are stellar.

The property is wrongly advertised as being 11.1km from Kasauli centre when it actually is 29 km away. While its remoteness adds to its charm, the wrong information messed up our plans. In the end, we checked out a day earlier as we did not want to spend endless hours driving back and forth on roads that were not paved and pay ridiculous amounts on cabs. We were not reimbursed for checking out a day sooner.

While returning from a hectic expedition, we stayed on our anniversary day . The caring and professional staff makes every effort to make our stay comfortable . Shef customised food as per our choice and took regular feedback. They had taken care every request we made. Front office executives ensure a smooth check in and send us route guide and confirmation prior to our arrival. Truly professional but personalised attitude makes the positive difference.

Artificial grass in the lawn looks bit cheap, that's not expected from a five star property

"It was a great stay with chill weather and great view at the hilltop."

The place of the property is very good. If you want peace and calm place with the good view, then this is the place.

Staff were not available at bar, msg ve because guest were very less. We had to call the staff to serve us at bar.
