When my 'room' didnt meet my expectations they moved me to a more approprate room when they could (last night out of 3 nights only) at no extra cost.

grotty brooms hanging in the bathroom - 1st room, right next to toilet so the dirty bristles practically touched your thigh, and 2nd room hairy dirty bristles next to the vanity as brushing teeth.
